RIMP and current scope
RIMP uses AI in its research publishing design, with a human making each final publication decision. These public pages collect no manuscript uploads, accounts, reviewer applications or optional RIMP analytics.
This notice describes visits to the public pages. Separate notices and permissions are required before collecting manuscripts or paper questions. Do not put unpublished research or identity documents in public page addresses.
Data involved in a visit
Requests to rimp.org.ai pass through Cloudflare, which can process IP addresses and security/request metadata to deliver and protect the site.
The site origin records the request method, path, response status, size, time and connecting address in size-rotated local logs. It does not log URL query strings. These records support operation, fault diagnosis and site security.
Cloudflare describes its data handling in its published privacy policy. RIMP does not promise a fixed deletion interval for either set of logs. No optional RIMP analytics or advertising tracker has been added to this site.
Links to other websites
Linked author resources and other reference websites have their own data handling and terms. Visiting a reference link is a choice; no external font, advertising or social-media widget is needed to read the RIMP information pages.
Public information is accessible to search engines and other readers. Please do not place private information in a page address, query string or access-problem report.
Human accountability
A human makes the final decision on each exact paper version. AI can assist with routine processing and flag unresolved issues, but it cannot approve a publication or resolve its own contested assessment.
Human escalation for an unresolved problem is separate from publication approval. Neither action turns an AI review into human peer review. Do not include passwords, confidential documents or private reviewer material in a public request.
